Andrea Bocelli sang superbly .....
The champagne bottle hit the right spot 
The crowd enjoyed the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra ..and there was a random spice girl in the  mix 
The pier head is not a big space and I wish people would not do the following ....knowing this event would draw crowds they still think it's a good idea to take a newborn baby ....take the dog. ..and vape all over the crowd .. ( moan over )
