Big R becomes County employee

Not exactly what he or the rest of the Public Defender agencies hoped for, but lots of red tape and infighting to resolve a long standing inequity issue resulted in his becoming one. The Public Defenders won a law suit enabling them to receive the same county pension as the Prosecutors have....and this is JUST. Big R hasn't had any pension until the court decision came down they MUST include the Defenders too. To condense what has happened, all Public Defenders are now county employess...a battle is still going on as to paying the retroactive pension monies....hense I am retired and he is not....we hope for good news:)
