In the garden centre

A bit cooler today and quite dull , after returning from the garden centre to hear that North Northamptonshire Council have closed our civic centre without warning , the local council are going to use the library for their emergency meeting tomorrow night and I shall be going , suspect this could be a case of big brother and not democracy.
