On the beach

Needed a wee blow, so we headed to the beach at Troon and had a good walk along the coast.  The tide was well out and there were great patterns on the sand.  Sat for a while people watching before going for coffee and cake.  Very pleasant!

In the evening we had a visit from an old friend with photos from walking times over the years and had a good old recollective chat.
