Friday 13th?!!!

Today has been a nightmare! In the words of the great Victor Meldrew - 'I don't believe it!'

My car developed another warning when I started it up this morning.  This time it's red and flashing with a horrible noise and it's about the brakes :(
So I have literally spent the entire day phoning one place after another trying to get something done about fixing it. 
I can't risk driving it, and the garage who serviced it for over £400 last week said they couldn't look at it until September. 
It's a lease car and the lease ends in August!!! It just got worse all day.
Finally got someone to send someone from the AA who couldn't get the warning cancelled but thinks it's an electronic malfunction and the car is probably fine otherwise.  So now I've got to find a way to get it to a garage. 
And I can't work without a car. Will be rocking up to Saturdays wedding in Bob's grotty old work car.

What a nightmare. 

I'm off for the wine.
