Mespo ox roast

After church today we made our annual trek to the ox roast in Mesopotamia, Ohio. Mespo for short! Each year on the 4th of July weekend, the volunteer fire department of this very small farming community sponsors an ox roast. People come from miles around to enjoy the good food, shop at the flea market on the village Commons, and possibly even buy something. It's great fun.
