I was just doing a bit of weeding/bindweed removal in the garden this afternoon when a furry creature caught my eye. At first I thought it was a  large rabbit but then realised it was this rather cute baby muntjac.
Not quite a perfectly sharp shot but you get the idea.
We saw a baby muntjac and its mother sauntering down the road last night and disappear into the bushes . I’m guessing this is the same one and its mother was out foraging.
No wonder all our vegetables we try to grow are chewed and never grow properly.
