Despite taking a lot of photos today which would look decent when converted to black and white, none of them pass the theme guideline for Mono Monday of "something sporty."

B and T flew (experienced riding an aircraft) for the first time today and am happy for them. We will be spending a few days in B's hometown by the sea. Will not be able to stick to my daily routine of documented indoor yoga and tracked cycling but will definitely be able to walk (and maybe run) in the mornings and in the late afternoon. Looking forward to sharing street photos and travel photos through VERO and other platforms in the next few days as well.
