Kings Birthday Weekend

Eight walkers met, and the main group parked at Glendhu Bay and walked to Damper Bay,  They walked about 10 k's.  In the meantime I strolled into town, taking photos as I went.  I like this Autumn photo best.  The others missed the cut.  Many of the cafes in town were closed because it was King's birthday weekend.   Piano Lady, The Tuner and I  found a nice cafe open at Three Parks, so we had a cuppa and scone, and a good chat.  They dropped me back near my car.

At about 2 p.m. the others went to another cafe at Three Parks, and I joined them, for a cuppa, cake, and a chat.  Gotta love the cuppa and chat.  I walked just over 6 k. steps, or 4 kms.  Quite enough for one day.

The fire is going, and dinner organised, so all is well.
