A Day on Exmoor

Today was just perfect- beautiful weather ( not too hot but a glorious light) and we were able to take advantage of it by spending the whole day on Exmoor. We started with coffee at Horner then this went into lunch ! Lots of little birds feeding their young and a cheeky chaffinch happy to raid our plates .
We were able to complete one of our favourite circular walks at Bossington where we spotted the Waverley plying its way u down the coast . I waved to the people but not sure they could see me !!
Lots of wildflowers- such a diverse habitat and one or two butterflies.
We rounded the day off with fish and chips by the sea at Minehead harbour.
