What you can’t see

Lovely to wake up somewhere else. Elbows drove down to meet us, bringing the dogs, so after a special pastry breakfast we headed to Deal, as none of us had been before.

What you can’t see is the torrential rain and strong winds. Boy!! It was laughable. We managed to see enough and find some cute shops to visit and then a fab place for a pub lunch. I’d love to go back.

We then hurried to get Dot.T to a train station before heading back into Faversham with HatBox and SkyeMan, who rustled up a scrumptious supper with no warning and in no time.

Elbows and I headed home mid evening. A lovely couple of days.
