Success

I sowed four wildflower areas in my garden in spring mainly with perenniel flowers that won't start flowering until next year. So to add a bit of colour for this year I also mixed in some cornfield annuals. The white corn chamomile has been out for week now and this was the 1st flowering poppy first thing this morning. Great shame they might get battered by the impending heavy rain forecast for us today.

Post script - It is now 11:37 and the rain is bouncing off the office windows with an aminous rumble of thunder in the distance. T'is refreshingly cool though.
