Hatching!

We successfully hatched another Scots Dumpie in the incubator! This batch arrived in the post from the Isle of Skye and Muireann got to see it break out of its shell this afternoon. Rosie the hen is sitting on some more eggs so we’ll try and smuggle this one under her during the night.

Earlier in the day Muireann and dad planted some more buntàta in the machair while Rowan’s and mum were in Stornoway at a special dance class.
