Terrible day

Today we're moving my mother to a nursing home nearby.
My sister an I have been advised to do so. We both have serious mixed feeling about it, but we're understanding the advice given.

My mother is not doing well, and doesn't understand what's going on.
The near future will be difficult for all of us.
