Kindergarteners, Cops, and a K-9

Today, as part of "March is Reading Month," the Kindergarteners were treated to some special guests.  The grandfather of one of the students is a retired police officer.  He read a story to the classes about a police dog and afterward some of his friends from one of the local K-9 Units stopped by with a couple of the dogs to demonstrate how the dogs help with police work and to answer questions from the students.  It was an exciting day in kidergarten!
