Short run to begin the day

Cycle after breakfast in the sun

Then as it was still a glorious day I drive out to Livingston to wander round Seafield Bing and find some geocaches. There was lots of nettles so wearing shorts was a mistake. They also took ages so I missed the start of the Champions League final but didn't miss any action
