Chesil beach

After helping G put some paintings up, said our goodbyes and I began the long drive home. Immediately went wrong but it was fortunate in some ways as my detour took me past Chesil beach, which I had not seen for many years. It’s an amazing site, not easily captured in a photo.
The rest of the drive was fine and I reached home soon after 3pm.
R and I then walked down with Fifi to Henners where they had a summer party. It wasn’t that warm by the time we got there so we only stayed for one drink. When we came back I made a curry for dinner and we had an early night.
