Gathering of the clans

A fantastic end to a fantastic weekend. We were out at Greywalls in Gullane today for a lunch to celebrate my step-mum's 60th birthday. It was a lovely day for it ans thirteen of us settled in for some top notch food and a great afternoon accompanied by watching the tennis on my work tablet via their wifi connection.

It was a bit surreal with about eight of us gathered round a 10" screen in the garden of Greywalls watching the final set, but it definitely turned it into a double celebration.

Happy Birthday Anne (although the big day is actually tomorrow) and Congratulations to Andy Murray!

Oh, and we saw Rory McIlroy there just before lunch too. Must have been getting some practice in at Muirfield before the Open.
