Beauly Firth Sunset (Day 13)

The picture was taken at Bunchrew, on Beauly Firth, just west of Inverness. We walked along the shore after dinner as the sun set.
The fifth member of our gang caught up with us today. Jude's sister Dettie arrived in her hired camper van.
The day started at Loch Garten and the Osprey Centre. The visitor's centre was interesting and the staff seemed very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions and share that knowledge. The ospreys were off fishing but that didn't really matter because there was so much to see and do.
We enjoyed the walk through the Old Caledonian Forest too (extra). So like Sweden but so many differences too, telling us we were in a different climate.
The weather has been really kind to us today with the sun shining all day.  Long may it continue!
