It’s a long way

From home to Orkney. So far that I couldn’t reach the islands on the wilderness Scotland office map!
Aviemore parkrun to start the day, and sunshine. Then a cycle out round the forest tracks and loch - a bit of twitching to see the Slovenian Grebe, which MrKT tells me is pretty rare.
Packed up the van and left the office car park to continue/start our journey north.
Stopped for a walk on the coast near Golspie, and decided this would be fine as our overnight stay. Just not the car park where the 10 lads wearing Hawaiian shirts were camping. Looked like they were having fun though.
