Forester moth

Not common at all but we found this pretty one today.  Also loads of Marsh fritillary butterflies, see extra. The path around this beautiful reserve , also in extra, was lovely to walk along in the sun. Not been here for years and it was such a lovely day I am glad we went for it.  Also managed a bit of gardening, cut the grass and had an ice cream. Getting organised now for a bigger adventure tomorrow.
