Saturday

Today has been difficult. I woke feeling all out of sorts; last nights socialising was a shock to the system and I have felt dysregulated today. Agitated, angry, numb etc. Stumbled through the supermarket, home for lunch then decided to get out the house as I was close to loosing the plot. Sat in the park for a minimal time before wanting to be back at home.  I couldn't win.
