Window in the Couds …

… showing the Aiguilles Dorées I think, at 5am this morning after a very short night. So glad I woke then but I felt like death warmed up when I set off on my walk with Josiane. It was foggy but we had some amazing sightings of chamois, bouquetin and marmots because no one had gone up to La Vare before us. What a privilege to see all these alpine creatures so close. A few extras because I love our alpine fauna as you know. I never get tired of it.

Had to do a quick turn around when I got home as we had some old friends coming for drinks which was great fun. Now a bit of time left to cuddle Preston.
