A Disney Moment

Portland, Day #3: While mom's house backs up to a green space, it is definitely in a suburban location. And, more houses are located just across the pond. So, this is what we saw pruning her roses about 8 p.m.! Girly was not at all impressed. As she rightly pointed out, we see them all the time at home. Yes, but we live next to a national forest! In a rural area. This one is just a mile or two away from the big box stores. Was wishing for some sort of different lens tonight as the deer began munching the cherry tree, a hummingbird swooped in to the feeder, two birds dove into the top of the cherry tree, and so on. Really, there should have been music swelling in the background and perhaps a singing chipmunk or something.
