I've been meaning to have a go at making cauliflower steaks for ages and actually got round to it today. I used a hot sauce/barbeque type glaze to coat the cauliflower and cooked it in air fryer. Result was OK but nothing special. I guess I'll have to go back to Mono in Glasgow for their fabulous buffalo cauliflower.
