Early wine tasting

Day one in Bulgaria started with a vineyard tour I have to say 10 am is a bit early for wine tasting! They produce 400,000 bottles per year and 60% are exported, for me the 2019 red being drawn from the barrel was good but still too early in the day.

The day progressed with touring the local area and visiting a fort which was interesting but an accident waiting to happen with some very dodgy steps and walkways.
