The Meeting

I was photographing the thick-legged flower beetles when I noticed one heading directly towards a ladybird, it almost bumped into it before seeming startled & flying off.
L & I were looking for Great Crested Grebe “humbugs” but unfortunately we were told they’ve been predated, probably by mink.
Hopefully there’s still time for another clutch.
The Red Arrows flew by today on their way to RAF Brize Norton, they’re displaying at RagleyHall tomorrow I think.
