Good to have a brighter day but a very blustery wind keeping temperatures down.

Pilates this morning. Then a walk this afternoon. The stream had burst its banks so a detour needed to be made. Spotted this ornamental Poppy at the station turntable.

Home to investigate hiring a Game Changer machine recommended by the Physiotherapist for post operative recovery. It uses compression and ice to reduce swelling.

Gearing up for the wedding tomorrow. Hope the sun shines for the photos.
