UpFest 2024

UpFest has been going for some years now; making an art gallery of South Bristol. Believe me, when I lived there it wasn't so colourful. 

It's always a joy to nip down and see what's covering up last festivals murals, and this is perhaps the key piece - the Tobacco Factory mural outside Aldi's car park! Over the years among others this wall has hosted John Lennon, Lisa Simpson, Greta Thunberg and a Greek Goddess...

This year, fair to say, the detail is tremendously good, and it's worth a look in Large. Planet Local is by Inkie and Silent Hobo. a few more here.
