Waiting….

…. and waiting, but plenty to watch! Our taxi was booked to take four of us to the airport. We realised there that Jenny and Mac’s flight was three hours before ours. So a long wait before we could even check in and offload our luggage. Then another two hours in the departure lounge. Then a €58 fee for our small hand luggage case which the airline said wasn’t hand luggage size… but had been flying out….

And we both have heavy colds now. Home and straight to bed for me. Gosh, it’s STILL cold here! Raining heavily when we landed.

However miserable all that sounds, we’ve had an amazing holiday. Early mornings, full days, new friends, heads full of wonderful things, colour everywhere, and sunshine throughout with temperatures reaching 37 degrees. Andalucia is beautiful and we would love to return.

As is my usual, I haven’t kept up with my journal. Photos to look at and choose. Firstly to get rid of our colds!
