Nice to return home to an unexpected gift from J. She must be the sweetest person I know.

Today was the main day for an event I have been planning for several months, for 60+ people. I am relieved to say that it went well, even with an impromptu shift in programme due to a presenter with a puncture. 

I am not in the least bit passionate about event planning, but the actual day is always a really useful and well received get together. This was my first time organising it, but we managed to retain the vibe of previous years, which I have always loved attending.
