Nasturtiums—Spicy and Sweet

I’m trying to integrate purslane into our salads, if only because it grows like a weed in our vegetable beds. You can see a bit of it at the top of the plate.. It’s a fleshy strange thing that doesn’t seem to have much flavor but is apparently quite good for you. I can get past the textural thing if it’s mixed in with other greens, and flowers. Everything is from the garden except the snap peas. And the feta.
