Eremurus stenophyllus

Also known as Foxtail Lilies. A summer flowering 'bulb' originating in Persia and central Asia, this is a very striking plant originates in dry, mountainous areas, and need good drainage and lots of sun. This is their first year with me but I have high hopes that they will do well. The tuberous roots spread out like a giant starfish around the growing point so it needs a bit of space to itself. At 4 feet tall, the flower stems wave gently in the breeze.
