Babies...

We had a full morning here and didn't get out for a walk, so I settled myself in the little patio area of my parent's condo this afternoon and waited for the birds to come.  Didn't take long for a pair of Dark-eyed juncos to show up with two youngsters in tow.  The fledglings are fairly independent and able to feed themselves but the parents are still assisting.  I couldn't resist this shot of a youngster, taken at very close range and only cropped by about 10%.  Very cute little things.  

Currently watching the news of DJT having been found guilty on all 34 counts of his criminal case.  Not that this will change a darned thing.  

Having a really great time with my parents.  It doesn't escape me how incredibly lucky I am, at the age of 68, to have both of my parents living.  And not just living, but living a full life.
