Thursday: Sleepy Bee

Grey and cloudy all day with bits of blue sky and it stayed dry.
Mid morning MrD went for a walk down to the beach and I started clearing the Periwinkle which has colonised the ground under the large Maple.

I sat down for a rest and a hot drink on the “new” chair behind the garage - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3217613081198725572 - and saw the very sleepy bee, another bee landed on the same flower and the sleepy bee lifted a leg to show it was still alive :-))

I had an appointment for my Covid vaccine this afternoon, MrD drove me to Llangefni, everything was very efficient as usual :-) 

We then went to B&M to buy a small bag of compost which I mix with vermiculite to start off seeds. MrD then went to the Library and I saw the first Swift of this year flying and swooping over the car park, just a single one, hope there are more and that they fly over our way!

Watched Jennifer Lopez in “Atlas” which is action packed, has lots of interesting story lines connected with AI, environmental disaster, space travel/colonisation … and trust and friendship …


MrD has put Tweetie Pie back up on the shed BUT will need to take him down for re-painting soon … thought Tweetie’s fans might enjoy seeing him! :-)) xx
