Thirty…

…minutes and five seconds…

That’s how long it took me to get up to the top of Garshellach at lunchtime! My current record is 31 mins 44 seconds so I was chuffed! I was a sweaty mess at the top! So you get a very rare selfie of moi!

Then I went for a walk with Emma this evening and as she’s a mutual friend with Emily, I shared in confidence what Emily had said last night. I wouldn’t normally say anything but I’m concerned for Emily so between us we can keep an eye on her and keep her company on dog walks!
