Dolibulle pool

Went to D’OL for balnéothérapie at 8h! Hard to get there on time and then couldn’t find car park so left car at back of building. Interesting seance. Actually found the pool less suitable than the St James one. However changing area really good.
There’s a sort of warm up time for everyone together and then the two kinésithérapie give each person they’re coaching individual time. I can go for a month and then a reassessment to see if beneficial..

Hard work getting there and now I know car park it will be easier!

Rest of day I spent wrestling with tax form (online of course). Hoping it will be ready soon! Need to phone my son first.
