A walk

We not only cleaned and washed windows yesterday, we also took out my Veloped, and pumped air in the tires - I showed how it's done, and the young strong cleaning ladies did the rest that called for energy.
 
It was  a nice warm day again today, so I took a short walk, just around the block because I haven't had any walks for almost a year.
 
This is the walker I bought in September 2011 when I had just broken my thigh bone. It was expencive but of such good quality that I decided that I can never walk again if I don't get this "Veloped". The rollators in 2011 were quite primitive, this one was and still is the best, both for rough streets and roads but fields and terrain. I could go to my old house and the paths there.
 
But today I only walked around the block. Must continue the exercise!
