Down On The Farm

Another in the series of 'it's been blipped before but we're not getting out much at the moment'. Part of the wall in the grandsons' room. I was looking for something colourful for Abstract Thursday. So I've given it a Degas treatment and added a digital frame. The boys are getting older now and may have grown out of this farmyard theme. We might have to consider redecorating or at least changing the furnishings - maybe something like Arsenal and super heroes would be more appropriate now.

We've both spent a lot of time today independently looking for a last minute holiday break, but nothing that appeals has come up. 

On the other hand I may have found a gardener. At least someone who replied immediately to my email and is coming to see us next week.

Update: we've gone into full old fogey mode and booked a few nights at a Warners hotel. We used to take the in-laws on holiday there. Rod Stewart is on one of the nights. OK, it may not be the real Rod Stewart.
