Raindrops

More rain overnight left behind these droplets on a leaf that was laying on the footpath. The early morning sunshine was highlighting them nicely and it also cast shadows from some nearby grass. I quite liked the diffraction in the droplets, distorting the leaf underneath.

The sun didn’t last long - it has turned grey and autumnal (again) and there is a stiff breeze which makes it feel quite chilly outside.
