Dizzy

It's been a really tough day at work which has left me feeling drained and with a headache. Sometimes being a manager is hard as you have to make some very difficult decisions and today has been one of those days. I also had the dentist this afternoon and will need to have a wisdom tooth extracted soon. Luckily I met Matt after work and he took me out for dinner in Spitalfields market and I soon felt better.
