RAF Shawbury 10k

This was one if the most well organised races we have been to lately! To say it was their first attempted.

we could tell it was organised by one of the armed forces. Everything planned to timing perfection! Even the last runner arrived back bang on time!!

we got to watch a fly over from an old world war 2 plane (I cant remember what it was called). Also a parachute display which was amazing!!

this was the fireman hosing the runners down just before the finish line. Sure it was appreciated!!
