in the

garden

the other buds - have begun to open - in that one garden plot - which had all the - potential irises in it - and low and behold - white ones have burst - forth in the bunch - making for a delightful - surprise since last year - there was only one - tiny flower that bloomed - and it didn’t last long - these, on the other hand - appear very hardy along - with their neighboring yellows - so we’ll see how - they will fair - it’s difficult to tell - what other colors might - still be about to bloom - so for now i am simply - enjoying what’s here

i did do some very - slight faffing just for - fun and to spice - things up a bit - not that an iris needs it - mind you, or any flower - for that matter - all flowers will always lead to…
