Siskins

More siskins have fledged and we’re fed by the male with the sunflower hearts from the garden. Wonder how many birds have been fed with them, quite a few I think.
Saw the first chaffinch young too although not for long.
Had a fun time at Brownies having a sponsored duck race to raise money for the Rosemarkie Promenade. They decorated their ducks first and made flags to cheer them on. Down to the Burn where they set them free. Two Dads helped catch them with fishing nets before they hit the sea. We were very lucky with the weather staying dry for most of the time
