Hoverfly ?

Not sure what this is but it has lots of eyes
We had breakfast and packed up this morning got away just after 9.30 and arrived home just before 1. We just stopped once to stretch our legs and had a few minor hold ups.
Emptied the car and caravan so thats about it for today.
I have taken the pictures off my camera and thought I would see what was in the garden quite a lot of bumble bees and when I saw this one large I didn't know what it was.
We have had a sunshine and shower day not too cold
