A happy picture

Today was solar installation day but unfortunately the roofing half of the team was off sick. The electrician did an excellent job and installed the batteries and the invertor and all the cables down the fuse box/isolator but it's such a shame the panels couldn't be put up as it's been an (almost) dry day. 
I had to stay around while he worked so I finished this watercolour painting of a Klimt style vase and my favourite flowers. It's going on this purple wall on the landing so I placed it there and the colours seem to work. It's a happy painting I feel.
