Today’s new bird song : a Linnet. On the lower slopes of the Knott.
The App is very clever but I think it does  still make mistakes. In the 19 birds I recorded this morning it identified one as a Green Winged Teal. An American species seen in Britain about 40 to 50 times per year and very unlikely on the lower slopes of Arnside Knott I would think.
