Jigsaw Puzzle Completed...

I actually completed this on the weekend but I remembered to take a photo before I pulled it apart and packed it away...

8 weeks post surgery today...

This morning I arrived early to get a car park before my HELP Session (Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Program) which allowed me to go walk 4 loops around the block for a total of 1.86km, 28m 57s, 3158 steps, 17m of gain... I was very happy with the result...

Tomorrow (Thursday) -
8:15am GP appointment...
9:45am Hospital appointment for Surgery review and full results and hopefully they would have decided what's next... I have to allow 2 hours for this appointment but I'll spend most of that time actually waiting and maybe see a Student Dr for about 10 - 15 minutes... Fingers crossed...
