BANK HOLIDAY…

…and we played avoid the rain!!!

I had a lazy start but The Rev met O for a walk. I’d always told the boys when they were very little that on the first day of each holiday you had to stay indoors in your PJs just to give me a day off!!! It was the law:)))) Now The Revs off he won’t play the game!!!!

At 1 we packed a simple picnic and he took me for a mystery tour…we ended up at The Horniman Museum. BIRTHDAY + 12
#The gardens are lovely with a wonderful view across London.
As we finished our picnic we noticed the grey clouds coming so we headed into the museum (just in time). We then went to the cafe and watched the heavens open!!! It was torrential. We were so smug we’d missed it. Whilst watching the rain we booked another breakaway:))
When the rain stopped we walked around the nature garden and around the main park.
#I made a good human tripod as he’d left his at proper one home!!!
And then the heavens opened again. We got absolutely drenched!!! that’ll teach us for being so smug!!!
