Concentration

Alex is keen on golf so we nipped up to my golf club’s practice area for a check on how much damage he might make if we play on the course itself. I think we might be OK, booked a time for later in the week.
Alex is also keen on eating and happily made us scrambled eggs for lunch. I made the toast, I’ve obviously found my level. And continuing with the food theme, S mixed up a big batch of dumpling filling and taught Alex how to make Chinese dumplings. He was chuffed with his efforts, showing an admirable degree of concentration, and even more chuffed to be eating said efforts later on!
At that point I left home, a tenpin match was calling. Not a good result though, blowing the first game and getting humped in the second. But I’m not dropped!
